"The bag does what it’s supposed to do..."
The bag does what it’s supposed to do, so no real complaints there. I just thought it would look a bit nicer in person. The design feels plain, and some of the little details seem unnecessary rather than stylish. Not really my style overall.

"Still waiting after two weeks"
I’m frustrated at this point. It’s been two weeks and my order still hasn’t shown up, and the tracking info has been basically useless the whole time. I get that delays happen, but not knowing what’s going on makes it worse. If this is how shipping is going to be, I’m probably going to start ordering somewhere else.

"Hard to find what I needed"
I tried using the site to find what I was looking for, but it just felt really messy. The filters barely helped, and I kept having to explain to support what I needed over and over, which got old fast. It should not be this hard to narrow things down.

"Returns were way harder than they should be"
I don’t know why, but trying to return something was such a hassle. The service wasn’t great either, and the whole process just felt more frustrating than it needed to be.
